Our names are Joey and Nicole! We live in Lawrence, KS with our sweet baby angel pups, Pigeon and Puffin. We are the owners of Easy Days Coffee! (No, Pigeon and Puffin are not legal owners but they're so cute, we can't leave them out.) 

After living in Portland, OR for 9 years, we developed our love for specialty coffee in the US. When we expanded our coffee taste buds to roasters around the world, we realized how tough it was for the average consumer to try international coffees without jet setting outside of the country.

So here we are! We’ve created a one stop shop to introduce you to the best roasters around the world with no logistical headache. With Easy Days Coffee, you'll have the opportunity to try something new and different.
