Boo Coffee Roasters is an independent specialty roastery based in Anderlecht, Brussels started in 2024 by Benjamin Brassart and Benoit Desmaretz.

2AM was started in 2025 as a result of shared passion for specialty cottee by owners Anais (Montreal) and Marie (Namur).

Having worked in specialty cottee for severa! years, they always aimed to expand knowledge of coffee, delving into its origins and subtle complexities.

The goal is going beyond the cup to uncover the story behind every bean.
