Our names are Joey and Nicole! We live in Lawrence, KS with our sweet baby angel pup, Pigeon. We are the owners of Easy Days Coffee! (No, Pigeon isn't a legal owner but she's so cute, we can't leave her out.)
After living in Portland, OR for 9 years, we developed our love for coffee with some of the best coffee in the US. When we expanded our at home coffee variations to roasters from around the world, we realized it was tough for the average coffee consumer to get without jet setting around the world.
So here we are! We've created a one stop shop to introduce you to some of the best roasters from around the world without the headache. With Easy Days Coffee, you'll have the opportunity to try something completely new and different.
